Award winning author Gisele Scanlon is a onewoman cultural phenomenon. Born outside Listowel, she left Kerry for an adventurous life travelling the world finding inspirational people, places and things in fashion, beauty, food and travel. Her first title, a lifestyle book called The Goddess Guide became an instant bestseller, with over 1.2 million readers and won her an Irish Book Award.

She was also chosen for the Richard & Judy Christmas Book and went on to present a travel slot for the show on Channel 4. In Hollywood, celebrities are transfixed by her work and her unique behind the scenes interview technique including Paris Hilton (seen recently carrying a copy of Gisele's book overflowing with bookmarks for days around LA). She has been credited within the book world as having invented a totally new, fresh and original genre. Her second lifestyle book The Goddess Experience is out now.
