Event Theme

For thousands of radio listeners the perfect combination of words and music is central to this programme's lasting appeal. Its eclectic mix of new radio essays and occasional poetry is selected from commissioned and open submission writing.

Sunday Miscellany is delighted to host another live event at this year's festival, featuring new writing specially composed for the programme by writers participating in Listowel Writers' Week 2010. The Programme is enhanced by live music performances selected for the event.

The radio programme, produced by Clíodhna Ní Anluain, will be broadcast on RTÉ Radio 1 on Sunday 6th June 2010.
