John Sharry is a Child and Family Psychotherapist. He is also the co-developer of the Parents Plus Programmes as well as the Working Things Out Programme. He has written ten books on positive psychology and parenting including Becoming a Solution Detective, Counselling Children Adolescents and Families, Bringing up Responsible Teenagers and Positive Parenting which are used in services and schools throughout Ireland and abroad. John will present in this talk the principles of emotionally intelligent relationships, showing how contentment depends on self-awareness and communication.
