An international story telling competition dedicated to the memory of renowned Storyteller Eamon Kelly. In this international competition, candidates should submit their individual, unique style of story.

Rules

1. This competition is open to everyone over 18 years. It is not confined to Sean-Nos style story-telling.

2. Entrants may submit one entry only.

3. Two copies of entry should be submitted on either tape, cd, vhs, dvd.

5. Maximum story length is 10 minutes.

5. Entries will be judged on quality of story, unique style and original presentation.

5. A short-list will be chosen and required to perform during Writers' Week.

5. The Grand Final will be held during Writers' Week Festival 2006.

4. Entries will NOT be returned.

6. Entries must be in Irish or in English/Is féidir iontrálacha a bheith i mBéarla nó i nGaeilge.

7. Please identify the category of Entry as "Tell Your Story".

8. The Entry Fee must be included with the entry, otherwise the entry will not be forwarded to the Adjudicator.

10. The Adjudicator's verdict is final.

12. No correspondence shall be entered into regarding competition entries.

13. No winning entries will be selected if an appropriate standard is not achieved.

14. Writers' Week reserves the right to withhold or publish winning entries in the publication "Winners Anthology".

15. All cheques should be made payable to "Writers Week". Please do not send cash.
