Director

Edel Brosnan

Course Theme

A screenplay is not a finished literary work in its own right – it is a blueprint for a film that has not yet been made. In this course, we’ll explore the craft of writing screenplays for film and television. Using classic film clips, excerpts from screenplays and writing exercises, we will look at the various challenges of writing for the screen, and the various stages of script development, from the initial idea to the final draft.
